Name that Primary Song about Love

This is the activity I'm doing this week...find it HERE. It's my week to take a break from program songs! I do this game every year (my 4th year now) and the kids haven't grown tired of it yet!! Maybe one year I'll change it up but right now, I'm playing the easy card!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

feel free to copy and paste the image above if you can get it to work !!

Camille, I was put in as Primary music leader in August last year, and I had major anxiety about it. I was almost unable to function, and all I did all week was dread the next Sunday. I was having meltdowns every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I felt like I had no idea what to do, and no inspiration. I struggle with my testimony, so I feel like I can't bring the spirit into singing time like the children need. I was miserable, my husband was miserable, and my kids were miserable. Then at the end of December, I found your blog. Your posts give me hope, confidence, and pull me out of "deer in the headlights" mode every week. I love how positive you are. I desperately needed your posts on how to stay organized and your ideas on how to teach songs, grab the kids' attention, and basically how to be a good primary music leader. Whenever I feel anxious about this calling, I go to your blog. Your words give me peace. Thank you so much! I can not express to you what a difference you have made in my life. My family thanks you too.

I did this for the Senior Primary last sunday and it was the biggest hit ever! They loved it! I even had two teachers ask to face off at the end of the hour. It was so fun. I'm totally going to use the idea to review before our Program in October and use the program songs instead of Love songs. Thank you!

Our primary loved this activity last Sunday! Instead of playing boys against girls, I passed out white boards to the classes and they used them to write down the correct song title. Thank you so much for sharing all of your wonderful ideas!
